* To be able to fault find on equipment and repair as required
* To be able to manage worksite on and offshore
* To have a comprehensive understanding of hydraulic systems and customer requirements
* To be able to work unsupervised and use own initiative
* To have a sound understanding of hydraulic systems both mobile and industrial and with the ability
to interpret hydraulic schematics
