This custom built 450 horsepower test facility is capable of varying test speeds up to 1,800 RPM, along with analyzing multiple ports simultaneously at loads up to 6,000 PSI.

Why Test
Testing your rebuilt hydraulic components just makes sense. Why risk thousands of dollars on a repair, just to find out that the unit is off specification which can lead to more downtime, or even worse, a catastrophic failure.

Knowing your rebuilt unit is performing to original specifications ensures that your system will operate efficiently, and with minimum wear and tear.
  • Testing confirms that pressure settings are within the acceptable designed range aids in keeping wear and tear to a minimum.
  • The case drain flow and pressure are a key reading. Testing will confirm that these two parameters are within an acceptable level .
